The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation course equips REALTORS®
with the skills needed to counsel and market their services to older consumers
as they undergo the financial, legal and lifestyle changes involved in
relocation, refinancing or selling the family home. This two-day course
covers how to profitably work with various generations of seniors dealing with
issues of how title is held, managing capital gains, determining true cost of
housing, aging-in-place or obtaining a reverse mortgage. (Qualifies as
ABR elective.)
