Seller's Guide to the Residential Listing Agreement and
Disclosures
This is a great pamphlet to give to sellers during listing presentations.
It helps explain some of the listing paperwork by walking the Sellers thru
the Residential Listing Agreement (C.A.R. Form RLA), and two of the most
prevalent disclosures (C.A.R. Forms TDS and SSD), paragraph-by-paragraph.
Also contains helpful tips regarding the Real Estate Transfer Disclosure
Statement (C.A.R. Form TDS).
Buyer's and Seller's Guide to the RPA-CA
Assist your buyer and seller in becoming familiar with the C.A.R
Residential Purchase and Joint Escrow Instructions. This booklet takes your
client through the key points of the contract, paragraph by paragraph.

Property Transaction Book
The paper version of this booklet is sold with C.A.R. Form AD, but since
you are using WINForms to access this booklet, we recommend that you use
this information with the WINForms® version of Form AD. This booklet gives
information in a question and answer format and covers some common issues
regarding the responsibilities of the seller, buyer, real estate
professional and other appropriate professionals. Also included is
information on selected sections of the California Civil Code.
Consumer Guide to Disclosures for Sellers (and separately, for

These publications are designed to provide accurate and authoritative

While these booklets cover the most significant disclosure requirements,
they are not intended to be a comprehensive summary of California’s
disclosure law. These booklets are meant to inform buyers and sellers of
what California law requires of them in terms of disclosure.
The Commercial Property Owner’s Guide to Earthquake
Safety
The Commercial Property Owner’s Guide to Earthquake Safety is published by
the Seismic Safety Commission and contains information on geologic and
seismic hazards, explanations of structural and nonstructural earthquake
weaknesses, and recommendations for mitigating weaknesses. Sellers
conducting a transaction of commercial property built before 1975 with
precast (tiltup) concrete or reinforced masonry walls and wood-frame floors
or roofs must deliver to a copy of this booklet to the buyer “as soon as
practicable before the transfer”, according to California State Law. This
digitized booklet is to be used in conjunction with the Separate Signature
Page for the Commercial Property Owner’s Guide to Earthquake Safety.
