1. What is ePUBS™ for WINForms®? ePUBS™ for WINForms® ,
available on WINForms Online® ONLY, is an add-on library that consists of 6
mandated and consumer disclosure titles, including the Combined Hazards
booklet. For an annual subscription fee of $36, an agent can access and email
these publications quickly and easily to a client.
2.How do I access ePUBS™ for
WINForms®? ePUBS™ for WINForms® is available on WINForms Online®
ONLY. C.A.R. members may purchase the ePUBS™ for WINForms® by clicking the
Add Products link at the top of the transaction list page
after logging into the WINForms Online® account. You can purchase it at
http://www.car.org/winforms/ePUBSWF/ePUBSBuyNow/.
3. I purchased ePUBS™ for WINForms® but I don't see it in my WINForms
Online® software. How do I find it?
Choose the ePUBS™ titles from the drop-down menu of the
Form Manager window after starting a new transaction. In addition, in the
existing transaction, you can select EPUBS - California E-Pubs
in the Library Forms drop-down menu.
4. How does ePUBS™ for WINForms® work? - Download the
library into your WINForms Online® account.
- Send consumer a separate email with disclosure publications (separate from
the transaction documents).
- To send the Combined Hazards Book, email both the Combined Hazards file and
the file labeled “SEPARATE SIGNATURE PAGE –PRINT”. Ask your client to print out
the separate signature page and view the other file on their monitors.
- The email message that accommodates the ePUBS™ files will ask the client to
consider the environment before printing, creating a green awareness for
all.
5. Which titles are included in the ePUBS™ for WINForms®
library?
The Combined Hazards Booklet and the separate Signatures page are mandatory
titles. All others are consumer titles.
- The Combined Hazards Booklet (which includes the Residential Environmental
Hazards book, Protect Your Family From Lead book, and Homeowner’s Guide to
Earthquake Safety book)
- Seller’s Guide to the Residential Listing Agreement and Disclosures (C.A.R.
Forms TDS and SSD)
- Buyer’s and Seller’s Guide to the California Residential Purchase
Agreement
- Property Transaction booklet (to be used in conjunction with C.A.R. Form
AD)
- Consumer Guide to Disclosure Requirements for Sellers
- Consumer Guide to Disclosure Requirements for Buyers
