What is GRI?
In today's competitive business environment, it often takes more than just motivation and initiative to succeed. Earning the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation is a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. GRI real estate professionals are sought after industry experts.

We have a total of 14 GRI Designation courses for this program. We require and highly recommend you take all 14 courses to earn the Designation, since these courses range from Essential Concepts of the RPA to Investment Property Analysis and much more! If you are missing any courses from an earlier portion of the designation, we will have those dates confirmed and listed on our store soon!

You may direct any GRI Designation related question to [email protected]. If you have any general questions regarding any educational resources, please contact [email protected] for more information.
